Women's Track & Field Takes Third at Heptagonal Championships

For the fourth year in a row, the women's track team finished third at the outdoor Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, held at Yale this weekend. The team's 89 points edged out Harvard by a point, but was not close enough to catch second place Princeton (141) or six-time champion Cornell (165). (MORE)

Women's Track stays consistent at Springtime Invitational
At their second and final home meet of the season, the women's track team put up some consistent numbers at the Brown Springtime Invitational on Sunday afternoon. Sophomore Danielle Grunloh (Effingham, IL) put up the most impressive number in the discus, hurling a 155-07 throw to qualify for the NCAA Regionals on May 30. (MORE)

Brown Track & Field Finishes Strong at Penn Relays
The Brown track & field team competed at the Penn Relays this weekend, showing outstanding effort while posting some positive results. The men were highlighted by senior Nick Sarro (Chatham, NY), who ran an 18-second person best in the 3kSC, while the women's 4x400-meter relay ran the Heptagonal section and won the event.
