Princeton, New Jersey - The Women's Squash team competed in the A division of the 2008 Howe Cup as the #7 seed and with an exciting match against Stanford on Sunday ended the season ranked #8 after falling 6-3 to the Cardinals.

The weekend opened with a 9-0 loss to the eventual Howe Cup winners Princeton on their home courts. The next morning the Dartmouth team handed the Bears a 7-2 loss. There were some memorable performances by #7 Kali Schellenberg and #9 Sarah Roberts, who played well to win 3-1 each. Lily Cohen at #8 overcame a sprained ankle to push her opponent to four hard fought games and Breck Haynes at #4 lost in a great battle 7-9 in the fifth.

The final team match of the season saw Stanford line up against Brown. This was another great match, but Brown was only able to win in three places. Again, Kali Schellenberg and Sarah Roberts pulled out great 3-0 wins. But it was the performance of #5 Minoo Fadaifard that caught the eye. 3-8 down in the second and 0-8 down in the fourth Minoo won both games to close out her Brown career with an excellent performance.
