![]() Four Brown men's swimmers have posted Olympic Trial qualifying times and will be headed to upcoming Olympic Trials in their respective events. Seniors Brian Kelly (Weston, MA) and Peter Volosin (Roanoke, VA), and junior Daniel Ricketts (Baltimore, MD) achieved Olympic Trials standards while competing in a long course Speedo Sectional Meet at the University of Maryland March 15-16. All three will compete for a spot on the US Olympic Team when they participate in the US Olympic Trials from June 29-July 6. (MORE) ![]() Winter Academic All-Ivy Honorees Announced The Ivy League released its spring list of Academic All-Ivy honorees, with ten Brown student-athletes being recognized. The five males and five females were starters or key reserves on their respective varsity teams and carry a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average. (MORE) ![]() Bears Break Two More School Records; Wrap of 2008 EISL Championships in 6th. The Brown men's swimming and diving team concluded its season with a sixth place finish at the 2008 EISL Swimming and Diving Championships. The Bears wrapped up the third day of competition with a total of 793 points. Harvard won the title with 1564 points, while Princeton was second with 1208, as the only two teams to break 1000 points. Yale took third place with 925, while Columbia was fourth with 913.5. Navy finished just ahead of Brown in fifth (869.5), while Cornell was just behind Brown in seventh (707.5). Penn (632) and Dartmouth (309) rounded out the field.
