Michael attacks life with the attitude that there are no obstacles. He wants to accomplish it all: play, start, overcome injuries in miraculous time, etc. This man brings an edge every day, regardless of the day of the week or time of the year. Few have his drive, and even fewer are as relentless in practice from beginning to end. After playing the long stick midfield position for much of 2007, Michael will come back down to the close defense this year...2007: Earned starts in three of 13 games played...Picked-up 15 ground balls, including a season high three ground balls against Hartford...Secondary School Background: A graduate of St. Albans School where he lettered in lacrosse (4) and football (3)...Captain of both lacrosse and football teams...All-League defenseman...Named team's top defenseman for three years...Named to DC Area All-Star Advantage All-Metro Team...Junior and Senior Class President...Earned School Leadership Award...Personal: The son of Michael and Margaret Miller of Alexandria...Has a brother, Mark...Enjoys friends, family and sailing...Undecided on his concentration. |
