The Brown women's golf team captured its second consecutive tournament of the 2002 spring season with a dominating 47-stroke victory at the Boston College Lady Eagle Invitational, played at the Oyster Harbors Golf Club in Osterville, MA.

Junior Tara Fiscella (Newtown, CT), a two-time first team All-Ivy selection, captured the individual championship, winning medalist honors with a two-day 155 (77, 78) at the Par 74 course. Fiscella, who finished in a first place tie at last week's Florida Gulf Coast Lady Eagle Invitational, won the medal by two shots over Brown freshman Amy Behrman (Houston, TX), who shot a two day 157 (75, 82). Sophomore Elizabeth Carpenter (Plantation, FL) also had a strong tournament, carding a two day 159 (82-77).

Freshman Jennifer Bley (Ft. Worth, TX) had a solid tournament for the Bears, shooting 79-86-165, while senior Rebekah Alfond (Portland, OR) shot a two day 176 (86, 90).
