HOW TO JOIN

The e-mail to join is sent to a listserv server, not a person. You must follow the procedures exactly.

* Email to this address:LISTSERV@brownvm.brown.edu
* Leave your subject line blank
* Type this in the body of your e-mail:
SUBSCRIBE SAJOBS firstname lastname
* Example
SUBSCRIBE SAJOBS Fritz Pollard
* Avoid including your signature in emails with the listserv server

HOW TO CHANGE SETTINGS (DIGEST, ETC.)

DIGEST: To set for digest option, where you will only receive one e-mail every day that will include all of the day's messages, do the following:

* Email to this address: LISTSERV@brownvm.brown.edu
* Type this in the body of your email:
SET SAJOBS DIGEST

EMPLOYERS

To have jobs posted you need to join the listserv. Once you have joined the list and have a password you may post to the list by going to the web-interface.
